Cyclophosphamide (Procytox®)

 Suppress immune response Hair loss, decreased appetite, bladder inflammation, nausea, bone marrow damage, diarrhea, vomiting, mouth sores, increased cancer risk, increased infections.
     

Cyclosporine
(Neoral®,
Sandimmune®)

 Impair lymphocytes Tremor, hypertension, hirsutism, kidney failure, headache, nausea, vomiting, infections.
     

D-penicillamine
(Cuprimine®)

 Can inhibit
collagen
cross-linking		 Skin rash, bone marrow damage (rare), diarrhea, impaired taste, kidney damage, mouth sores, nausea.
     
Methotrexate Suppress immune response Diarrhea, decreased appetite, serum acid uric increased, mouth inflammation, liver and kidney disorder, nausea, mouth sores, skin rash.
     

Mycophenolate mofetil (Cellcept®)

 Impair lymphocytes Pain, abdominal pain, back pain, tremor, headache, hypertension, chest pain, GI hemorrhage, nausea, vomiting, anemia, fever, infections, sepsis, swelling in the legs.
