 Unclear Headache, itching, nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, retinal disorder, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia.
     

Methotrexate

 Suppress
immune
response		 Diarrhea, decreased appetite, serum acid uric increased, mouth inflammation, liver and kidney disorder, nausea, mouth sores, skin rash.
     

Prednisone

 Suppress
inflammation		 Dyspepsia, insomnia, nervousness anxiety, hyperglycemia, increased appetite, headache, dizziness, glaucoma.
     
PUVA
(phototherapy)		 Decrease skin thickening Burning, itching, nausea, skin aging.
