According to their preferences, skills, and interests, our volunteers&#8217; efforts are the main ingredient for the success of our activities. Volunteer\u2019s involvement is essential to the success of our mission.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Since our self-help\/peer support, outreach\/awareness-raising, information and fundraising initiatives take place throughout the year, we can offer volunteers both <strong>short and long term opportunities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We encourage you to become a volunteer with Scleroderma\u00a0Quebec\u00a0thus contributing to enriching the lives of people with scleroderma and their families.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From region to region, many volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year to meet a variety of needs and interests. Here are a few examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help in awareness initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Get involved in a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/dev5.sclerodermie.ca\/en\/support-and-assistance\/\">support group in your area<\/a><\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Write columns and feature stories for our magazine;<\/li>\n<li>Translate documents;<\/li>\n<li>Set up information booths during conferences and special events;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing benefit activities and fundraising drives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interested in becoming a volunteer?<\/h2>\n<p>Want to know more?
